All employees are involved in the establishment of operating quality standards and are responsible for the maintenance of those standards. The management will ensure that relevant procedures are communicated to, understood, and followed by all staff.
Quality is not the function of an inspection procedure; it is considered to be an integral part of the method of working within our operation.
